If you are looking for a new scope to enhance your shooting experience, you might be overwhelmed by the number of options available on Amazon. Whether you need a scope for hunting, target shooting, or tactical purposes, there is a scope for you. But how do you choose the best one among the hundreds of models and brands? In this blog post, we will help you narrow down your search by reviewing some of the best scopes that can be bought in September on Amazon. We will compare their features, pros, cons, and prices, and give you our honest opinion on which one is worth your money.
Here are the criteria we used to select the best scopes:
- Quality: The scope should be durable, reliable, and accurate. It should have a clear and bright image, a smooth zoom, and a sturdy mount. It should also be weather-resistant and shockproof.
- Performance: The scope should have a high magnification range, a large objective lens, and a wide field of view. It should also have a reticle that suits your shooting style and preference. It should have an easy-to-use adjustment system and a parallax correction feature.
- Value: The scope should offer a good balance between quality and price. It should have a reasonable warranty and customer service. It should also have positive reviews from other users.
Based on these criteria, we have selected the following scopes as the best ones that can be bought in October on Amazon:
- Vortex Optics Diamondback Tactical 6-24×50 FFP Riflescope:
The Diamondback Tactical is a long-range wolf in sheep’s clothing. Rather than cramming features in at the expense of turret performance and optical quality, the Diamondback Tactical dials it back, putting the focus where it counts. Exposed turrets bring tracking performance previously unheard of at this price point, while its optical system delivers sharp image quality even at extended range. Its relatively simple design places you firmly in the driver’s seat with the potential to take on that 1,000 yard mark and beyond, all at a price that’s easy to justify for new shooters, your training rifle, as well as experienced shooters looking for a back-to-basics optic on their fun gun. Opt for one of the first focal plane models on a sweet shooting rifle and you’ve got yourself a perfectly capable competition rig without breaking the bank.
- Athlon Optics Argos BTR GEN2 6-24×50 FFP Riflescope:
First focal plane design allows you to fully utilize specially designed reticles that shrink or grow along with your target as you zoom in or out
Illuminated reticle provides greater visibility during dusk and dawn and other low ambient light environments
Glass-etched reticle provides excellent back-up support for a complex reticle design and offers great durability
Fully multi-coated optics effectively reduce reflected light and increase light transmission giving you a brighter image
- Bushnell Banner Dusk & Dawn 3-9×40 Riflescope:
Bright. Accurate. Reliable. We assume your support is in the right place and suggest our Banner Dusk & Dawn series to capitalize on the latter. With their multi-coated Dusk & Dawn Shine (DDB) lenses, these riflescopes emit clarity and brilliance.
This Banner 3-9×40 scope is in the proven 3-9×40 configuration which is a classic magnification for hunting. What makes this model unique from other 3-9 x 40-inch scopes is that it has a 6-inch extended eye relief.
Fully multi-coated: Multiple layers of anti-reflective coating on all air-to-glass surfaces deliver bright, high-contrast images
Argon-Purged Fogproof: Argon-filled optics remain stable regardless of ambient temperature for maximum fogproof protection
IPX7 Waterproof Construction: O-ring sealed optics stay dry on the inside, when submerged in three feet of water for up to 30 minutes
- Leupold VX-Freedom 3-9×40 Riflescope:
